Legal Policies

"Platform" means the PixelVault website (www.pixel-vault.in), web application, APIs, and all related services operated by PixelVault Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

"Digital Product" means any software template, UI kit, icon set, font, animation library, 3D asset, or other downloadable item available for purchase on the Platform.

"License" means the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a Digital Product as described in the applicable license tier.

"Intellectual Property" means all code, designs, documentation, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to PixelVault.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify PixelVault immediately at security@pixel-vault.in upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

PixelVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are found to be fraudulent, or are associated with abuse of the Platform.

Upon successful payment, PixelVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the purchased Digital Product in accordance with the license tier selected at checkout (Personal or Extended).

Personal License: You may use the Digital Product in an unlimited number of personal or client projects, including commercial applications, provided the asset itself is not resold, redistributed, or offered as a standalone download.

Extended License: Includes all Personal License rights, plus the right to incorporate the Digital Product into an end-product sold to third parties (e.g., a SaaS platform or marketplace theme). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Digital Product in isolation.

All Intellectual Property rights in the Digital Products remain exclusively with PixelVault or its respective third-party licensors. These Terms do not convey any ownership rights to you.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from compiled or obfuscated assets is strictly prohibited.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. PixelVault reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. PixelVault does not store card details on its servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

GST-compliant tax invoices are generated automatically and made available in your account dashboard under Orders.

• ›Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• ›Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform.
• ›Sharing, selling, or distributing your license key or downloaded Digital Product files to any third party.
• ›Using the Platform to transmit any malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• ›Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without express written consent.
• ›Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting PixelVault support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixelVault Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Digital Product; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Platform.

PixelVault's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PixelVault in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixelVault Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform or any Digital Products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting legal@pixel-vault.in. PixelVault will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within 10 business days.

PixelVault reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where material changes are made, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
